Baptism Cross Cake


I made a cake for my friend's baby girl's Christening. The cake was filled with a nutella buttercream and fresh bananas. The cake itself was made with French Valrhona Cocoa Powder to give it a pure and fine chocolate taste. To lighten up the sweetness and flavor, whipped cream frosting covered the cake. To decorate the sides of the cake, I used a star piping tip #823. To finish the cake, I made fondant roses and set them on top.
