Pink Chic Cake

Here is a girly cake I made and topped it with ribbon roses. For the white flowers, I placed a pearl draggee in the center.

Caramel Popcorn

As most people, I love caramel popcorn. It is such a fun treat to eat for kids and adults. I made the caramel popcorn and the doily cones. The cones were held up by bamboo sticks on top of a styrofoam block.

Mickey Mouse Birthday

I made this for a 1st Birthday Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Themed Party. The stand was covered with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse characters an images. The stand was filled with cake pops, cupcakes, and cookies.

Baptism Cross Cake


I made a cake for my friend's baby girl's Christening. The cake was filled with a nutella buttercream and fresh bananas. The cake itself was made with French Valrhona Cocoa Powder to give it a pure and fine chocolate taste. To lighten up the sweetness and flavor, whipped cream frosting covered the cake. See my post for Nutella Buttercream.

To decorate the sides of the cake, I used a star piping tip #823. To finish the cake, I made fondant roses and set them on top.

 

Nutella Buttercream Recipe

12 oz. Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
40 oz. Nutella Spread
75 grams Powdered Sugar (sifted)
1/4 cup milk (room temperature_
  1. Beat butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in mixer with paddle attachment until creamy.
  2. Add milk and continue beating until smooth.
  3. Add Nutella and beat until incorporated. 
  4. Spread as filling or frosting to cake or on top of cupcake.

Valrhona Chocolate Concorde

I made this french dessert named Concorde. I used Valrhona Cocoa from France. The dessert is made up of lighy and airy layers of luscious chocolate. Upon eating this decedent dessert, your mouth is delighted with a crunchy texture from the meringue and followed with the soft pillowy mousse.

Concorde is my ultimate chocolate dessert!

Cream Puff Croquembouche

The cream puffs are filled with vanilla bean custard and dipped in white chocolate.
