Valrhona Chocolate Concorde

I made this french dessert named Concorde. I used Valrhona Cocoa from France. The dessert is made up of lighy and airy layers of luscious chocolate. Upon eating this decedent dessert, your mouth is delighted with a crunchy texture from the meringue and followed with the soft pillowy mousse.

Concorde is my ultimate chocolate dessert!

Cream Puff Croquembouche

Above is a picture of a croquembouche made out of cream puffs.
The cream puffs are filled with vanilla bean custard and dipped in white chocolate.
